Dollar Tree Find and Baked Rigatoni!

IMG_1864 copy

I don’t know about you, but I love the Dollar Tree. They have awesome stuff. Like any other store you have hit and miss days. Well Tuesday was a hit day. I found these little indivdual serving dishes that I thought would be great for scalloped potatoes well I found a recipe for baked rigatoni and that is what I used it for!

I used this recipe but changed a couple of things. I used smoked gouda and used a cup and three quarters of a cup inside the dish and then I topped it with mozzerella! Oh my goodness was this delicious!

So here is my changed version

1 package of rigatoni

3 Tablespoons of butter

1/2 cup of flour

4 cups of milk

1 cup and 3/4 of smoked gouda

mozzerella for topping

salt and pepper to season

pkg of turkey lunch meat deli style!

She has better directions so I would use that site for more specifics especially if you are a beginner at white sauce.

1. Cook and Drain Pasta

2. make your white sauce and add ham and seasoning, then add cheese!

3. Add your pasta and put into individual serving dishes or a large 9x13 baking dish.

4. bake 425 for 25 minutes!

Please don’t forget about my giveaway for 500 business cards, right now there is only 1 entry and there will be two winners so right now it looks like one will be the winner of both!
