Homemade Copy Cat Recipes

One of the hardest parts to being frugal is not eating out. The wonderful thing about the internet now is that you can find a copycat recipe for just about anything you want to make. Most of them are pretty good and it cost a fraction of the price of going out to eat. My family loves olive garden. That is one place I can take both of my kids without complaints, but that is something we only do once or twice a year because I can not afford 70 dollars on one meal.  That is where finding copy cat recipes come in handy. You can find just about any recipe online if you search.
How do you find recipes:
  • check out the restaurant websites, many of them offer recipes such as
Olive Garden
Chicken marsala ,
alfredo sauce
pesto

Red Lobster:
Broiled Dill Salmon

Lemon Pepper Shrimp Sauce
Lobster bisque

Panera Bread
Heary Cheese Soup
Bread Pudding with Apples, Pecans and Raisins
