Tonight I made some roasted carrots using a fresh carrots! They are so simple and yummy. I thought I would share recipe with you. Actually it is not much of a recipes but still yummy. It also makes a great presentation, would be awesome for thanksgiving side dish.
- 1 bunch of carrots cutting off leafs to the stem.
- 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes or until slightly tender (but not mushy) and brown.
