This recipe makes enough for two nights of dinner just half if necessary
Tator Tot Casserole
- 32 oz bag of tator tots
- 2 cups of cheese or as much or little as you like.
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 2 cans of healthy request cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 soup can of milk
preheat oven to 350 degree's
In a pan on stove, saute onion and garlic (make sure you add garlic at the end of the onions being sauteed so they do not burn). Set aside, brown grown beef and drain and add onion and garlic mixture to the beef. Combine both milk and soup and pour over the browned ground beef and stir. Pour beef mixture in a 9x13 pan. layer tator tots over ground beef mixture trying to keep it in a single layer and then add cheese on top of tator tots. Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with veggies and a side salad!
