Coconut French Toast

Coconut French Toast

6 pieces of bread
2/3 cup of coconut cream coffee creamer
1 Tablespoon of sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp of cinnamon

maple syrup
shredded coconut (coconut, optional)

vegetable spray for pan

In a bowl mix creamer, sugar, eggs and cinnamon sugar set aside. Turn stove on medium heat, dip each piece of bread in mixture and cook until each side is golden brown and mixture is cooked through. Top with syrup and shredded coconut for topping.
